SEWS-E is a fantastic company to work for. They have provided me with a supportive environment to develop both professionally and personally, and my journey here has been incredibly empowering. When I joined the company in 2013, I had prior experience in management along with a background in recruitment, purchasing, IT, and customer service. This opened the door to my first position at SEWS-E, which was as a Deputy Account Manager supporting a key customer.
In that role, I had a vast portfolio of responsibilities, including sales management, managing audits, serving as the company鈥檚 representative to our region鈥檚 branding committee, and leading various projects. These projects involved developing and refining processes; collaborating with our IT department to design, develop, and test business solutions; and driving continuous improvement across different departments. I was also studying on my own toward becoming a qualified business analyst.

In 2025, the company offered me an opportunity to apply my skills and experience in a new role. I now proudly embark on a new chapter of my career as an IT Service Manager. This position is dedicated to delivering high-quality IT services, ensuring performance and compliance, and driving continuous improvement through system enhancements.
